Support Staff
Customer Support Representative/Trainer in our Orlando location.

A full-time position is available in our Customer Support and Service Department, reporting to our Customer Support Manager. The ideal candidate will possess Qualifications and Responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:

- Install, configure and train on AutoPower application software products.

- Have knowledge in network protocols and systems.

- Previous experience in a training and/or call center environment or software support environment a plus.

- Requires the ability to work independently as well as on a team

- Teach product training classes at customer sites, in a classroom/workshop setting or use web-based training tools to provide training on AutoPower Software applications.

- Assist with implementation, training and support of various software products

- A background in training, accounting or inventory/parts and service, or related experience is required

- Good PC skills are a plus

- Frequent travel in the U.S and Canada is required

- Assure that hardware & software is functioning properly at customer sites

- Previous experience with HP printers, PCs & network communications is desired.

- Excellent communication & customer service skills are required

- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines

-Good organization, time management and communication skills are required

Programmer
Universe/Unidata/Pick Programmer/Analysts:

Qualified candidates will possess all or most of the following skills::

- 5+ years U2 or other Pick experience:

- Experience with System Builder:

- Experience with Object Oriented languages:

- Experience with distribution and inventory management applications:

- Experience with financial applications and standard accounting practices:

- Experience with bar coding, EDI, and XML:

- Experience with GUI applications, specifically migrating a U2 character-based application to a graphical user interface:

- Excellent communications skills:

- Motivated self-starter who works well in a team environment:
