Email Issues
Please be advised that yesterday, April 21, 2008, we experienced problems with our e-mail server. We were not able to receive e-mail for a few hours in the morning and then again from around 2:00PM to 5:00PM. If you sent us e-mail yesterday and have not received a reply, it is most likely that we were not able to receive the communiqué. As many of our customers prefer to contact us via e-mail to report software issues or submit their questions, we ask that you re-transmit your mail to us from yesterday, especially if you did not get a response from us on a support issue. We apologize for this inconvenience however, we would rather be certain that we are in receipt of your issue than to later find out that you received no response from us.
